1. 提取 AD 焦虑网络脑功能和结构网络,根据多模态神经影像学脑网络信号对 AD 智能分型 ,为 AD 生物学 诊断提供依据。验证假设 1:AD 生物学亚型可能包括“丘脑-脑岛-前扣带回网络”异常类、“杏仁核-终纹床核-腹侧海马-内侧PFC 网络”异常类和“背侧 PFC-眶额叶-背侧海马网络”异常类。 2. 探索不同 CBT 技术的 脑网络 机制,构建与 与 AD 分型生物学匹配的 n-CBT模型,为 为 AD 精准治疗提供参考。验证假设 2:CBT 技术中的正念放松、暴露技术和认知重建可能分别作用于“丘脑-脑岛-前扣带回网络”、“杏仁核-终纹床核-腹侧海马-内侧 PFC 网络”和“背侧 PFC-眶额叶-背侧海马网络”。 |

Objectives of Study: |
(1) In this study, the brain function and structure network of AD anxiety network are extracted, and the intelligent classification of ad is based on multimodal neuroimaging brain network signals, so as to provide a basis for biological diagnosis of AD. Verify the following hypothesis 1: the biological subtypes of AD may include "thalamus insula anterior cingulate gyrus network" abnormalities, "amygdala bed nucleus ventral hippocampus medial PFC network" abnormalities and "dorsal PFC orbital frontal lobe dorsal hippocampus network" abnormalities. (2) In this study, by exploring the brain network mechanism of different CBT technologies, we construct n-cbt model matching with AD typing biology to provide reference for ad precision treatment. Verify the following hypothesis 2: Mindfulness relaxation, exposure and cognitive reconstruction in CBT may act on "thalamus insula anterior cingulate gyrus network", "amygdala striatum bed nucleus ventral hippocampus medial PFC network" and "dorsal PFC orbital frontal lobe dorsal hippocampus network", respectively. |
