研究目的：

研究生物标志物的早期诊断以及目标导向集束优化治疗对SAKI患者早期干预的影响，探索为严重影响人类健康的SAKI的精准治疗提供临床优化应用策略。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of early diagnosis of biomarkers and target-oriented cluster optimization treatment on early intervention of SAKI patients, and explore to provide clinical optimization application strategies for the precision treatment of SAKI that seriously affects human health.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合SAKI诊断标准者；2.患者年龄>=18周岁；3.病例资料完整

Inclusion criteria

1. Those who meet the SAKI diagnostic criteria; 2. The patient's age >= 18 years old; 3. The case data is complete

排除标准：

1.不符合脓毒症3.0标准和2012年急性肾损伤KDIGO诊断标准者；2、患者年龄<18周岁；3、既往有慢性肾脏疾病患者或既往肾功能异常者、；4、入院前接受肾脏透析治疗者或经过肾移植手术者；5、急性肾小球肾炎、急性肾间质肾炎、尿路梗阻以及其他急性肾脏疾病引起的AKI；6、近期使用肾毒性药物；7、不同意参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those who do not meet the sepsis 3.0 criteria and the 2012 KDIGO diagnostic criteria for acute kidney injury; 2. The patient's age is less than 18 years of age; 3. Patients with previous chronic kidney disease or previous renal dysfunction; 4. Receiving kidneys before admission Dialysis treatment or kidney transplantation; 5. Acute glomerulonephritis, acute renal interstitial nephritis, urinary tract obstruction and other acute kidney diseases caused by AKI; 6. Recent use of nephrotoxic drugs; 7. Do not agree to participate in this book Researcher.
