研究目的：

（1）探索最佳PIVCs置管长度； （2）探索置管长度对PIVCs导管堵塞的干预效果； （3）探索置管长度对降低PIVCs留置失败率、延长留置时间、降低使用PIVCs数目及相关费用的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Explore the optimal PIVCs catheter length; (2) Explore the effect of catheter length on the blockage of PIVCs catheters; (3) Explore the effect of catheter length on reducing the failure rate of PIVCs indwelling, extending the indwelling time, and reducing the number and related costs of using PIVCs.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄为18~59岁；需要PIVCs治疗；预计PIVCs保留时间>24h；每名患者的PIVCs分析只纳入第1个。

Inclusion criteria

Aged 18 to 59 years; Requires PIVCs therapy; Estimated PIVCs retention time >24h; Only the first PIVCs analysis was included in each patient.

排除标准：

沟通障碍；使用肝素、速碧林等抗凝药；有血液系统疾病史、凝血功能异常的患者；感染性疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Communication disorders; Heparin, spirulin and other anticoagulants were used; Patients with a history of diseases of the blood system and abnormal coagulation function; Patients with infectious diseases.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

由一名不参与研究对象筛选、干预及评估过程的人员使用SPSS软件生成随机数字序列，指定对照组、1/6组、1/3组，将随机数字依次放入按1-1164顺序编号的密封、不透光信封中，确保分配隐藏。由一名不清楚随机分组的研究人员筛选符合纳入标准的患者，获得知情同意后，根据入组顺序分配随机数字，据此将研究对象按1:1:1的比例随机分配到三组中。

SPSS software was used to generate a sequence of random numbers by a person who was not involved in the selection, intervention and evaluation of study subjects. The control group, 1/6 group and 1/3 group were designated, and the random numbers were placed in sealed, light-tight envelopes.
