研究目的：

综合评估HA380血液灌流筒在急性A型主动脉夹层患者术后消除炎症因子，以及降低术后并发症的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To comprehensively evaluate the effect of HA380 hemoperfusion tube on eliminating inflammatory factors and reducing postoperative complications in patients with acute type A aortic dissection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18-75 岁以主动脉弓受累的 ATAAD 为主要诊断（病程不超过1周）；
2.术前 NYHA II-III 心脏功能；
3.胸片心胸比<=0.7；
4.合并肾损伤(CKD 0-2 期)；
5.所有患者均行孙氏手术、CPB 时间>2 h、HP 时间单次 6 小时（每日2次，共治疗2次）。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 18 to 75 years, ATAAD with aortic arch involvement was the main diagnosis (the course of disease was no more than 1 week);
2.Preoperative NYHA II-III cardiac function;
3.Chest radiograph cardiothoracic ratio <=0.7;
4.Combined with renal injury (CKD stage 0-2);
5.All patients underwent sun's operation, CPB time > 2 h and HP time for 6 hours at a time (twice a day, a total of 2 times).

排除标准：

1.BMI>=40；
2.活动性出血或夹层破裂；
3.妊娠；
4.术前临床感染以及实验室明显感染；
5.既往心脏手术；
6.既往肝脏肾脏功能不全；
7.既往脑血管疾病；
8.遗传性结缔组织疾病；
9.术前口服抗凝抗血小板聚集药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1.BMI >= 40;
2.Active bleeding or dissection rupture;
3.Pregnancy;
4.Preoperative clinical infection and obvious laboratory infection;
5.Previous heart surgery;
6.Previous liver and kidney dysfunction;
7.Previous cerebrovascular disease;
8.Hereditary connective tissue disease;
9.Preoperative oral anticoagulant and antiplatelet aggregation drugs.
