研究目的：

综合评估HA380血液灌流筒在急性A型主动脉夹层患者术后消除炎症因子，以及降低术后并发症的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To comprehensively evaluate the effect of ha380 hemoperfusion tube on eliminating inflammatory factors and reducing postoperative complications in patients with acute type A aortic dissection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 18-75 岁以主动脉弓受累的 ATAAD 为主要诊断（病程不超过 1 周）
2) 术前 NYHA II-III 心脏功能
3) 胸片心胸比≤0.7
4) 合并肾损伤(CKD 0-2 期)
5) 所有患者均行孙氏手术、CPB 时间>2 h、HP 时间单次 6 小时（每日 2 次，共治疗 2 次）

Inclusion criteria

1) At the age of 18-75, ataad with aortic arch involvement was the main diagnosis (the course of disease was no more than 1 week)

2) Preoperative NYHA II-III cardiac function

3) Chest radiocardiothoracic ratio ≤ 0.7

4) Combined with renal injury (CKD stage 0-2)

5) All patients underwent sun's operation, CPB time > 2 h and HP time for 6 hours (twice a day, a total of 2 times)

排除标准：

BMI≥40、活动性出血或夹层破裂、妊娠、术前临床感染以及实验室明显感染、既往心脏手术、既往肝脏肾脏功能不全、既往脑血管疾病、遗传性结缔组织疾病、术前口服抗凝抗血小板聚集药物

Exclusion criteria：

BMI ≥ 40, active bleeding or dissection rupture, pregnancy, preoperative clinical infection and obvious laboratory infection, previous heart surgery, previous liver and kidney dysfunction, previous cerebrovascular disease, hereditary connective tissue disease, preoperative oral anticoagulant and antiplatelet aggregation drugs
