研究目的：

目前单纯西医治疗抑郁症存在的问题(如治疗时间长、见效慢、费用高等。)，多项研究表明中医药治疗抑郁症有效。由于抑郁症的异质性，个体化治疗将是未来治疗的方向。中医辨证是个体化诊疗的范式，因此中西医结合治疗将在未来占据重要地位。比如推广还是有欠缺。规范的疾病-症状组合治疗抑郁症的诊疗方案，缺乏规范的中西医结合疗效评价方法。 本研究旨在设计一套有效的中西医结合治疗抑郁症的方法，并通过临床对照实验和分析工具的使用来验证设计方案的有效性。有望证明中西医结合治疗抑郁症的疗效比目前的治疗方法更有效、更便捷。从来没有达到临床推广的目的来减轻抑郁症患者的痛苦。  

Objectives of Study：

At present, problems in the treatment of depression by simple Western medicine (e.g. long treatment time, slow effect, high cost, etc.), Several studies have shown that TCM is effective in treating depression. Due to the heterogeneity of depression, individualized treatment will be the direction of future treatment.TCM syndrome differentiation is the paradigm of individualized diagnosis and treatment, so integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment will occupy an important position in the future.For example, there is still a lack of promotion. Standardized disease-symptom combination program for the treatment of depression diagnosis and treatment program, lack of standardized methods for evaluating the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. The purpose of this study is to design a set of effective methods for the treatment of depression with integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, and to verify the effectiveness of the design plan through clinical controlled experiments and the use of analysis tools.It is expected to prove that the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of depression is more effective and convenient than current treatment methods.The purpose of clinical promotion has never been achieved to alleviate the suffering of patients with depression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

中药逍遥散，甘草（微炙赤）半两（15g）， 当归（去苗，锉，微炒）、茯苓（去皮）白者、白芍药、白术、柴胡（去苗），各一两（各30g）。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Chinese medicine, licorice (slightly scorched red) half two (15g), angelica (to seedling, file, micro-stir-fry), poria (peeled) white, white peony, white art, chai hu (to seedling), one or two each (30g each). 

纳入标准：

相关主治医生参照国际疾病分类(ICD-10 F-32) [38]诊断为轻度或中度抑郁症的患者将被推荐给精神科医生。
精神科医生将使用HAMD-24评分对转诊患者进行评估，并将患者分为:轻度抑郁(8 ≤ HAMD总分≤20)；中度抑郁(20 < HAMD总分≤35)；重度抑郁(HAMD总分> 35)。每组随机分为A、B、c组。
纳入标准
1).受试者年龄:18-60岁。
2).符合抑郁症的诊断标准，汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD) 24评分:8-35分。
3)答应了。

Inclusion criteria

Patient recruitment:
Patients diagnosed with mild or moderate depression by the relevant attending physician in reference to the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10 F-32) [38] are recommended to a psychiatrist.
Psychiatrists will evaluate the referred patients using HAMD-24 scores and divide patients into:Mild depression（8 ≤ HAMD total score ≤ 20);Moderate depression (20 < HAMD total score ≤ 35);Severe depression(HAMD total score > 35).Each group is randomly divided into Group A, B, C.
Inclusion criteria
1).Age of subjects: 18-60 years old.
2). Meet the criteria for diagnosis of depression, Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) 24 rating: 8-35 points.
3).Consented.

排除标准：

排除标准
1).被诊断患有其他严重器质性疾病。
2).患有严重器官功能损伤、生命体征不稳定和昏迷的绝症患者，包括存活时间少于6个月的患者。
3).伴发其他精神障碍和长期服用精神药物。
4).急性自杀。
5).物质依赖。
6).孕妇或哺乳期妇女，或不愿意或不能采取有效避孕措施的生育受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria
1). Diagnosed with other severe organic diseases.
2).Terminally ill patients, including those with survival time less than 6 months, having severe organ function injury, unstable vital signs, and coma.
3).Concomitant other psychotic disorders and long-term consumption of psychotropic drug.
4).Acute suicidality.
5).Substance dependence.
6).Pregnant or lactating women, or fertile subjects who are not willing or unable to take effective contraceptive measures.

将实施块随机化设计。每种类型的主题都是按顺序编码的。专业精神病医生使用HAMD-24评分表将受试者分为三种类型的抑郁症患者:轻度、中度和重度抑郁症；分组时，由专业精神科医生采用HAMD-24量表将受试者分为三类抑郁症患者:轻度、中度和重度抑郁症；将纳入标准的318名受试者按照不同的抑郁程度进行分类。这个号码是由计算机随机分配的。具体分组方法如下:首先，将不同抑郁程度的受试者人数通过计算机随机分配到A、B、C组，设计并完全隐藏随机分配的治疗方案。；二是临床医生督促已纳入病例标准的患者填写基本信息和档案；第三，根据计算机分配的A、B、C组号码将患者分配到组中。
