研究目的：

本研究通过研究泊沙康唑口服混悬液在儿童体内的药动学，以及与环孢素的药物相互作用，并应用生理药动学原理、结合药物及其制剂性质，以及患者生理、病理状态，建立儿童患者口服泊沙康唑的药动学计算机仿真模型，实现：1）对泊沙康唑口服混悬液儿童体内药动学行为的定量预测，并应用于治疗药物监测，指导个体化给药；2）预测儿童患者组织器官的药物暴露程度，确保靶器官达到有效治疗浓度和疗效、降低非靶器官的毒副作用；3）预测与环孢素的药物相互作用，指导剂量调整。为开展无创治疗药物监测、减少采血频次提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to study the pharmacokinetic behavior of posaconazole oral suspension in children and its interactions with cyclosporine, then to use physiologically based pharmacokinetic principles, combined with drugs properties, as well as the patients' physiological and pathological state, to establish a computer simulation model of posaconazole in children: 1) to predict the pharmacokinetic behavior of posaconazole oral suspension in children and its application in therapeutic drug monitoring to guide individual drug administration; 2) to predict the drug exposure in the tissues and organs to ensure that the target organs achieve effective therapeutic concentration and efficacy, and reduce the toxic and side effects of non-target organs; 3) to predict drug interactions with cyclosporine and guide dose adjustment. And provide basis for developing of non-invasive therapeutic drug monitoring and reducing blood collection frequency.

纳入标准：

1、因预防或治疗侵袭性真菌病拟口服泊沙康唑混悬液的患者
2、年龄0-18周岁，性别不限
3、合并使用或不合并使用环孢素的受试者均可
4、受试者预计使用泊沙康唑混悬液至少7天
5、受试者及其监护人愿意遵守研究方案规定的流程和操作
6、受试者监护人以及达到独立知情年龄的受试者愿意而且能够提供参加研究的书面知情同意

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who intended to take Posaconazole suspension orally for the prevention or treatment of invasive fungal diseases
2. Age 0-18, no gender limitation
3. Subjects receiving treatment with or without cyclosporine
4. Subjects are expected to use Posaconazole suspension for at least 7 days
5. Subjects and their guardians are willing to abide by the procedures and operations stipulated in the study protocol
6. Subject guardians and subjects of independent informed age are willing and able to provide written informed consent to participate in the study

排除标准：

1、受试者患有之前抗真菌治疗没有应答的难治性侵袭性真菌病
2、已知受试者对任何唑类抗真菌疗法或研究药物所含的其他成分过敏
3、研究者认为患儿所处的状况可能干扰参加研究或其他不适宜参加的情况

Exclusion criteria：

1. The subject had refractory invasive fungal disease that had not responded to previous antifungal therapy
2. The subject is known to be allergic to any azole antifungal therapy or other ingredients contained in the study drug
3. The researcher considers that the condition of the subject may interfere with the study participation or other unsuitable conditions
