研究目的：

收集临床疑似口腔白斑病、口腔扁平苔藓/口腔苔藓样损害、白色过角化病等斑纹类疾病受试者840例，分别用口腔黏膜病辅助诊断系统和金标准（临床表现结合病理）予以诊断，通过敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值等指标对口腔黏膜病辅助诊断系统的准确性进行前瞻性临床评价。  

Objectives of Study：

A total of 840 subjects with clinically suspected oral leukoplakia, oral lichen planus/oral lichen like lesions, white hyperkeratosis and other spotted diseases were collected and diagnosed by oral mucosal disease auxiliary diagnostic system and gold standard (clinical manifestations combined with pathology) respectively. The accuracy of oral mucosal disease auxiliary diagnosis system was prospectively evaluated by sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and other indicators.

纳入标准：

1）临床和病理诊断为口腔白斑病、口腔扁平苔藓/口腔苔藓样损害、白色过角化病
2）年龄18～75 周岁
3）能签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1) The clinical and pathological diagnosis was oral leukoplakia, oral lichen planus/oral lichen like lesion, and white hyperkeratosis
2) Aged between 18 and 75
3) Able to sign informed consent

排除标准：

1）年龄18周岁以下或 75周岁以上
2）妊娠或哺乳期妇女
3）其他口腔黏膜病、肿瘤、精神病患者
4）患严重心血管或肝肾疾病者

Exclusion criteria：

1) Under 18 years old or above 75 years old
2) Pregnant or lactating women
3) Other oral mucosal diseases, tumors, and mental patients
4) Suffering from serious cardiovascular or liver or kidney diseases
