研究目的：

（1）了解真实世界环境中复方苁蓉益智胶囊治疗血管性痴呆的临床应用情况，如临床用药人群、临床用药特点等； （2）评价真实世界环境中复方苁蓉益智胶囊治疗血管性痴呆的疗效和安全性； （3）评价在血管性痴呆治疗效果中使用复方苁蓉益智胶囊的经济性。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To understand the clinical application of compound Cistanche Yizhi Capsule in the treatment of vascular dementia in the real world environment, such as clinical medication population, clinical medication characteristics, etc; (2) To evaluate the efficacy and safety of compound Cistanche Yizhi Capsule in the treatment of vascular dementia in the real world environment; (3) To evaluate the economy of compound Cistanche Yizhi Capsule in the treatment of vascular dementia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

诊断标准：
（1）符合2018年中国痴呆与认知障碍诊治指南的血管性痴呆诊断标准；
（2）符合美国国立神经病与卒中研究所/瑞士神经科学研究国际协会（National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke-Association Internationale pour la Recherche etl’Enseignement en Neurosciences, NINDS-AIREN）很可能的VaD诊断标准（1993）；
（3）中医证候（肝肾亏虚痰瘀阻络证）诊断标准；
（4）筛查指标：简易精神状态量表（mini-mental state examination，MMSE）、临床痴呆评定量表（clinical dementia rating scale，CDR）、改良Hachinski缺血量表（modified Hachinski ischemic scale，mHIS）；
纳入标准：
（1）符合血管性痴呆诊断标准者；
（2）改良mHIS总分≥4；
（3）病情程度为轻、中度的患者：10≤MMSE≤26及1≤CDR≤2；
（4）符合中医证候：肝肾亏虚兼痰瘀阻络诊断标准；
（5）患者其本人在清醒、正常的精神状态下或合法代理人自愿同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Diagnostic criteria:
(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of vascular dementia in the 2018 Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of dementia and cognitive impairment;
(2) It meets the probable diagnostic criteria of VAD (1993) of the National Institute of neurological disorders and Stroke Association International E pour la recherche etl'enseignment en neurosciences, ninds-airen;

(3) Diagnostic criteria of TCM syndrome (liver and kidney deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals syndrome);
(4) Screening indicators: Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE), clinical dementia rating scale (CDR), modified Hachinski ischemic scale (MHIS);
Inclusion criteria:
(1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of vascular dementia;
(2) Total score of improved MHIS ≥ 4;
(3) Patients with mild or moderate disease degree: 10 ≤ MMSE ≤ 26 and 1 ≤ CDR ≤ 2;
(4) It meets the diagnostic criteria of TCM syndrome: deficiency of liver and kidney and obstruction of collaterals by phlegm and blood stasis;
(5) The patient voluntarily agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent form in a sober and normal mental state or legal representative.

排除标准：

（1）血管性痴呆以外其他类型痴呆或其他疾病导致痴呆，如阿兹海默症、路易体痴呆、额颞叶痴呆、帕金森病、中枢神经系统脱髓鞘疾病、肿瘤、脑积水、外伤、中枢系统感染如梅毒、艾滋病、克雅氏病等；
（2）研究者认为不适合参与本研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) other types of dementia or other diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease, Louis's disease, frontotemporal dementia, Parkinson's disease, central nervous system demyelinating disease, tumor, hydrocephalus, trauma, central nervous system infection, such as syphilis, AIDS, Creutzfeldt Jakob disease, etc.
(2) Other situations that the researcher believes are not suitable to participate in this study.
