研究目的：

妊娠期糖尿病是围产期最常见的并发症之一，孕期会严重影响母婴健康，产后也会增加母婴发生糖尿病、肥胖的风险。因此，我们开展此项研究，通过分析母婴基因型及代谢情况，为早期诊断妊娠期糖尿病、改善妊娠期糖尿病治疗提供依据，并据此建立新生儿糖尿病易感基因资料库，为子代出生后的营养方式提供科学指导，从而降低子代日后2 型糖尿病的发生率  

Objectives of Study：

Gestational diabetes is one of the most common complications in perinatal period, which will seriously affect maternal and infant health during pregnancy and increase the risk of diabetes and obesity after delivery. Therefore, we carried out the study, by analyzing the maternal genotype and metabolism, for early diagnosis of gestational diabetes, the improvement of gestational diabetes treatment, and to establish neonatal diabetes susceptibility genes database, and provide scientific guidance for children nutrition after birth way, so as to reduce the incidence of children with type 2 diabetes in the future

纳入标准：

孕期通过OGTT诊断为妊娠期糖尿病及非妊娠期糖尿病的健康孕妇

Inclusion criteria

Pregnant women with gestational diabetes and healthy pregnant women

排除标准：

已确诊1 型、2 型糖尿病及其他内分泌代谢性疾病等孕妇

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnant women have been diagnosed with type 1, type 2 diabetes and other endocrine and metabolic diseases
