研究目的:

(1)构建基于机器学习的各类主要内分泌激素对围绝经期女性骨质疏松症的诊断预测模型,明确围绝经期骨质疏松症的激素预测因子及靶点,探明其交互作用机制。 (2)对比分析围绝经期骨质疏松症的主要激素机器学习诊断预测模型与现有的放射诊断手段的特异性与准确性,形成推进路径解决方案,促进围绝经期人群健康,助力“健康中国”建设。  

Objectives of Study:

(1) Construct a machine learn-based diagnostic and prediction model of various major endocrine hormones for perimenopausal osteoporosis, identify the hormone predictors and targets of perimenopausal osteoporosis, and explore their interaction mechanism. (2) The specificity and accuracy of the main hormone machine learning diagnosis and prediction models of perimenopausal osteoporosis and the existing radiological diagnosis methods were compared and analyzed, so as to form a path solution to promote the health of the perimenopausal population and contribute to the construction of "Healthy China".

纳入标准:

纳入标准:年龄为40-60岁的女性就诊患者;知情同意纳入研究者,签署书面知情同意书;就诊期间需进行骨质疏松症筛查、相关更年期激素水平检测者;就诊信息存入本单位医院信息系统中(hospital information system,HIS)、无语言表达障碍者。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: female patients aged 40-60 years; Informed consent was included in the study, and written informed consent was signed; Patients who need to be screened for osteoporosis and related menopausal hormone levels during the visit; The medical information shall be stored in the hospital Information System (HIS) of the unit.

排除标准:

排除标准:患有除内分泌及妇科疾病外的其他心血管、颅脑、肝、肾、肺脏、骨骼等器官或系统的重大疾病者;患有重大精神疾病需接受精神治疗者;围绝经期症状明显无法完成相关激素水平检测者;就诊前已确诊为骨质疏松症或已发生过骨折的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

Exclusion criteria: patients with major diseases of cardiovascular, craniocerebral, liver, kidney, lung, bone and other organs or systems except endocrine and gynecological diseases; Persons suffering from serious mental diseases requiring psychiatric treatment; Perimenopausal symptoms can not complete the relevant hormone level test; Patients who had been diagnosed with osteoporosis or fractures prior to their visit.
