研究目的：

基于协同虚拟现实技术，结合具身认知、自主探究式学习以及学习空间等教学理论，融合智能化元素，自主研发一个新型智慧手术训练平台，构建一种沉浸式虚拟手术培训平台。并检验该平台是否能提高住院医师的手术操作水平和学习兴趣。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on collaborative virtual reality technology, combined with embodied cognition, autonomous inquiry learning and other teaching theories, and integrating intelligent elements, we independently developed a new intelligent surgical training platform to build an immersive virtual surgical training platform.And We want to test whether the platform can improve the residents' surgical ability and interest in learning.

纳入标准：

在湘雅三医院参加国家住院医师规范化培训项目的一年级住院医师。

Inclusion criteria

First-year residents participating in China standardized training program for resident doctor (C-STRD) at Xiangya III Hospital

排除标准：

接触过任何VR平台，有晕动症，内科住院医师。

Exclusion criteria：

Previous experience with any VR platform, motion sickness, internal medicine residency

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集：实验组和对照组的手术能力评分将由VR平台客观给出并存储，两组成员的主观问卷将由实验人员进行收集；数据管理：在收集完数据后有项目组负责统计分析的成员进行数据分和管理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection: the surgical ability scores of the experimental and control groups participants will be objectively given and stored by the VR platform, and the subjective questionnaires of the members of the two groups will be collected by the experimental staff; Data management: a member of the project team responsible for statistical analysis will carry out the data score and management after the data are collected.
