研究目的：

本研究拟观察在胃肠外科手术麻醉诱导后，在超声引导下行腹直肌鞘神经阻滞（rectus sheath block，RSB）或腹横肌平面神经阻滞（transversus abdominis plane block，TAPB），联合静脉微泵右美托咪定对患者切皮过程中、腹腔探查过程中血流动力学数据（HR、SBP、DBP）、MAC值和脑电双频指数BIS值的影响；统计全麻过程中舒芬太尼使用量、患者苏醒时间、拔管时间、术后镇痛评分以及恶心呕吐的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to observe the influence of hemodynamic data (HR, SBP, DBP), MAC value and EEG bispectral index BIS value after induction of anesthesia for gastrointestinal surgery, during ultrasound-guided rectus sheath nerve block (RSB) or transversus abdominis plane nerve block (TAPB) combined with intravenous micropump dexmedetomidine for skin incision of patients and during abdominal exploration; The amount of sufentanil used during general anesthesia, patients' recovery time, extubation time, postoperative analgesia score, and the incidence of nausea and vomiting were counted.

纳入标准：

年龄在35-70岁，ASA分级在I-Ⅲ级，拟行胃肠道手术的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Aged 35-70 years, ASA class I-III, patients who are going to undergo gastrointestinal surgery.

排除标准：

1.有重要脏器功能不全者。
2.存在精神心理问题者。
3.存在严重窦缓或II度II型传导阻滞的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with insufficiency of important organs.
2. Patients with mental and psychological problems.
3. Patients with severe sinus bradycardia or type II block.
