研究目的：

观察使用醋酸精氨酸对维护创伤、烧伤和外科患者免疫功能改善预后的疗效，并对其安全性进行全面评估，为临床合理使用精氨酸奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effects of administration arginine acetate on maintenacnce immune fuction and improvement prognosis in trauma, burn and surgical patients, and evaluate its safety, thereby laying a foundation for rational use of arginine clinically.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

醋酸精氨酸 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

arginine acetate 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18-65岁的住院病人，性别不限
2.创伤（ISS>16）、烧伤（TBSA：25％～70％）、及肿瘤术后患者
3.未使用其他影响免疫功能的药物
4.无严重肝、肾、心、血管及造血系统疾病者

Inclusion criteria

1. 18-65 years old patients, male or female;
2. Trauma(ISS>16), Burn(TBSA：25-70%) and Postoperation of gastrointestinal tumor patients;
3. Not use other immune drugs;
4. No serious liver, kidney, heart, vascular and hematopoietic system diseases.

排除标准：

1.伤前有严重心、肝、肾及造血系统疾病；
2.伤前有严重哮喘及慢性呼吸道疾病；
3.已使用其他影响免疫功能药物者;
4.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；
5.精神状态不能合作者，患有精神性疾病、无自制力、不能明确表达者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe diseases in heart, liver, kidney or hematopoietic system before admission;
2. Severe asthma and chronic respiratory diseases before admission;
3. Used other immune drugs;
4. Pregnant or lactating women;
5. Mental diseases, no self-control capacity or no articulate.
