研究目的：

本课题通过分别收集传统医学“筋疽”“脱疽”糖尿病足以及糖尿病足高危足患者血液、尿液、粪便以及清创组织标本，结合现代研究手段，检测“筋疽”“脱疽”表面标志物或代谢物，望从中寻找出差异表达的表面标志物或代谢产物，为“筋疽”“脱疽”的鉴别诊断提供实验依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This subject collects blood, urine, feces and debridement tissue samples from patients in traditional medicine, combined with modern research methods, to detect the surface markers or metabolites, it is hoped to find differentially expressed surface markers or metabolites, and provide experimental basis for the differential diagnosis of "Jinju" and "Tuoju".

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①　男性、女性均可；
②　年龄不限；
③　符合2020年中国糖尿病防治指南中关于糖尿病足的诊断标准；符合中医诊断“筋疽 ”或“脱疽”的诊断标准或糖尿病高危足；
④　符合糖尿病下肢血管病变或糖尿病足感染的诊断标准；
⑤　或健康志愿者；
⑥　自愿加入临床试验研究，并签署知情同意书。
符合以上①-④，⑥；或符合①，②，⑥者均可纳入研究。

Inclusion criteria

①　 Both male and female are acceptable;
②　No age limit;
③　 Meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetic foot in the 2020 China Diabetes Prevention and Control Guidelines; meet the diagnostic criteria for "Jinju" or "Tuoju" diagnosed by Chinese medicine or high-risk diabetic foot;
④　 Meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetic lower extremity vascular disease or diabetic foot infection;
⑤　 or healthy volunteers;
⑥　 voluntarily join the clinical trial research and sign the informed consent. 
Those who meet the above ①-④, ⑥; or meet ①, ②, ⑥ can be included in the study.

排除标准：

①　有脑卒中、心肌梗塞等急性心血脑管性疾病；
②　有严重的呼吸系统性疾病、有严重的颈腰椎病变、严重肝肾损害及恶性肿瘤者；
③　有肝炎、结核、艾滋病等传染性疾病者；
④　排除器质性精神障碍者或不能配合常规治疗者；
⑤　不愿意加入本研究者；

Exclusion criteria：

①　Acute cardiovascular diseases such as cerebral stroke and myocardial infarction;
②　Severe respiratory diseases, severe cervical and lumbar spine lesions, severe liver and kidney damage, and malignant tumors;
③　Patients with infectious diseases such as hepatitis, tuberculosis, AIDS, etc.;
④　Exclude those with organic mental disorders or those who cannot cooperate with conventional treatment;
⑤　People who are not willing to join this research;
