研究目的：

探究双眼植入PanOptix人工晶状体术后视觉表现，为临床提供应用参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the visual performance after PanOptix intraocular lens implantation in both eyes, and provide reference for clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄相关性白内障或并发性白内障且年龄大于18岁；
2.预期角膜术后散光≤1．0 D；
3.患者有全程视力的要求，理解多焦点人工晶状体能降低对老光眼镜的依赖但不能完全脱镜；
4.能够理解研究的目的，自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age-related cataract or complicated cataract and aged > 18 years;
2. Expected postoperative corneal astigmatism <= 1.0 D;
3. The patient has full vision requirements and understands that multifocal intraocular lenses can reduce the dependence on presbyopic glasses but cannot completely remove the lens;
4. Be able to understand the purpose of the research, voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.角膜光学性能不适合、青光眼、葡萄膜炎、眼底疾病(视网膜脱离、糖尿病性视网膜病变等)等不适合多焦点人工晶体植入患者；
2.其他内眼手术史；
3.不能按时随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unsuitable corneal optical properties, glaucoma, uveitis, fundus diseases (retinal detachment, diabetic retinopathy, etc.) are not suitable for patients with multifocal intraocular lens implantation;
2. History of other intraocular surgery;
3. Those who cannot follow up on time.
