研究目的：

探讨PAOO对下前牙骨开裂、骨开窗患者牙周软硬组织的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of PAOO on the soft and hard periodontal tissues in patients with mandibular anterior dehiscence and bone fenestration.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18岁；
2.正畸治疗前或正畸治疗过程中，要求评估牙周状况；
3.CBCT显示下前牙唇侧牙槽骨存在骨开裂、骨开窗；
4.口腔卫生良好，无手术禁忌症；
5.接受PAOO作为牙周辅助正畸治疗；
6.依从性良好；
7.有完善的手术前后临床检查及术前、术后6月CBCT影像学资料。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age ≥ 18 years old;
2) Before or during orthodontic treatment, the periodontal condition is required to be evaluated;
3) CBCT showed that there were bone dehiscence and bone fenestration in the labial alveolar bone of the mandibular anterior teeth;
4) Good oral hygiene, no surgical contraindications;
5) Accept PAOO as periodontal auxiliary orthodontic treatment;
6) Good compliance;
7) There are complete clinical examinations before and after the operation and CBCT imaging data before and 6 months after the operation.

排除标准：

1.有严重的系统性疾病；
2.长期服用皮质类固醇，双膦酸盐或非甾体抗炎药等影响骨代谢的药物；
3.牙周炎处于活动期；
4.有正畸治疗史；
5.下前牙接受过牙髓治疗或修复治疗；
6.吸烟、吸毒患者；
7.孕期、哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Serious systemic diseases;
2) Long-term use of corticosteroids, bisphosphonates or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs that affect bone metabolism;
3) Periodontitis is in active period;
4) Have a history of orthodontic treatment;
5) The lower anterior teeth have received endodontic treatment or restoration treatment;
6) Smokers and drug users;
7) Women during pregnancy and lactation.
