研究目的：

本项目期望通过收集POI组、绝经组、对照组的体成分与骨密度数据，研究POI患者的体成分、骨密度特征，可充分评估POI患者营养状况、代谢疾病风险与骨质疏松风险，分析POI患者的体成分、骨密度特征将有助于更好地实现POI患者的全生命周期管理，积极预防潜在代谢相关疾病、骨质疏松、骨折的风险，改善患者生活质量。为深入研究POI的发病机制及其治疗提供新的临床和实验基础。  

Objectives of Study：

The study aims to investigate the body composition and bone mineral density characteristics,and discuss those data relationships among in POI and that of control.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄≤45岁、月经稀发、FSH＞25IU/L或者年龄＞45岁的自然绝经者；
2、母亲月经规律且停经年龄≥40岁，若有子女，则子女青春期正常发育、月经规律；
3、正常对照组：年龄小于40岁，未绝经，平素月经规律(月经周期 21-35 天，经期2-8 天)，经量正常，血FSH水平正常。母亲月经规律且停经年龄大于或等于40岁，若有子女，则子女青春期正常发育、月经规律。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≤45 years old, >4–6 months amenorrhea, FSH > 25IU/L or aged > 45 years old with natural menopause
2. The mother of the patient has regular menstruation and age of menopause ≥40 years old. If the patient have children, the children need to have normal puberty and regular menstruation.

排除标准：

1、具有化疗、放疗、自身免疫性疾病、卵巢原发或转移肿瘤、盆腔及卵巢炎症性疾病、盆腔或卵巢手术史。
2、具有生殖相关家族病史

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of chemotherapy, radiotherapy, autoimmune diseases, primary or metastatic ovarian tumors, pelvic and ovarian inflammatory diseases, pelvic or ovarian surgery.
2.Family history of reproduction diseases.
