研究目的：

本研究的目的是比较老年肌肉痉挛患者使用维生素K2和安慰剂的治疗效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of vitamin K2 in the management of NLC in the elderly.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

vitamin k2 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.两周内出现2次或2次以上不明原因的痉挛患者。
2.年龄60岁以上。

Inclusion criteria

1. Unexplained cramps occurred two or more times in a two weeks period.
2. Older than 65 years old.

排除标准：

1.某些代谢性疾病（包括甲状腺功能减退症、血液透析、肌萎缩性侧索硬化症、脊髓灰质炎并发症等）引起的痉挛。
2.患有恶性肿瘤（包括乳腺癌、前列腺癌、淋巴瘤、多发性骨髓瘤等）。
3.服用利尿剂。
4.腰椎管狭窄症引起的肌肉痉挛
5.肝硬化需要释放腹水。
6.近期需要进行血液透析。
7.导致有明确原因的抽筋，如低钙血症。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Cramps caused by certain metabolic diseases (including hypothyroidism, hemodialysis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, poliomyelitis complications, etc.);
2.Suffering from malignant tumors（Including breast cancer, prostate cancer, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, etc.）;
3.Taking diuretics;
4.Muscle cramps caused by lumbar spinal stenosis
5.Cirrhosis of the liver requires the release of ascites;
6.Recent need for hemodialysis;
7.Leading to cramps with clear causes such as hypocalcemia.
