研究目的：

通过对社区老年膝骨性关节炎实施基于赋能理论模式的干预方案，探讨老年患者自我管理行为的效果，为促进社区健康老龄化的措施的制定提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the implementation of empowerment theoretical model-based intervention scheme on elderly KOA in the community, and exploring the effect of self-management behavior in elderly patients, it provides a reference for the formulation of measures to promote healthy aging in the community.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合中华医学会骨科学分会《骨关节炎诊疗指南（2018 年版）》相关诊断标准的膝骨性关节炎患者；
②年龄≥60岁；
③过去一周膝关节疼痛在疼痛数字评分表评分≤7分者；
④无认知功能障碍，语言沟通正常；
⑤自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients with knee osteoarthritis who meet the relevant diagnostic criteria of the Diagnosis and Treatment of osteoarthritis of Chinese Medical Association (2018 edition);
The ② age is 60 years old;
③ past week knee pain in pain digital score table score 7 points;
④ had no cognitive dysfunction and normal language communication;
⑤ volunteered to participate in this study.

排除标准：

①患侧膝关节置换手术或关节镜手术；过去6个月内进行过其他下肢手术者；
②存在不受控制的高血压、心肌梗塞、脑梗塞、不稳定心绞痛、心律失常、严重的视力问题或神经功能障碍；
③下肢关节严重变形，行走困难者；
④参与同类研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

① affected side knee replacement or arthroscopy; other lower limb surgeries in the past 6 months;
② has uncontrolled hypertension, myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, unstable angina, arrhythmias, severe vision problems, or neurological dysfunction;
③ lower limb joint is seriously deformed, people with difficulty in walking;
④ is involved in similar investigators.

应用数字抽签法从邯郸市行政区随机抽取一个，再用上述方法在该区的社区卫生服务中心中抽取1个社区卫生服务中心，从该社区服务中心随机抽取4个社区，招募符合要求老年人为研究对象。避免研究对象相互沾染，使用居住地分组法，两个社区随机分为对照组，另两个为干预组。
