研究目的：

筛选肌腱病中差异表达非编码RNA，研究其生物信息功能以及其潜在的疾病发生机制。  

Objectives of Study：

The study aim to distinguish the non-coding RNAs in tendinopathy, and than investigate the identification for potential biomarkers and mechanisms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）因肌腱损伤入院需行手术治疗的患者
2）有能力依从研究方案；
3）自愿参加研究并签署知情同意书。
（依据患者病史、影像学、及关节镜下表现，肌腱病患者通常无明确外伤史，MRI检查示肩袖出现脂肪浸润，关节镜下可见肩袖变黄变性，滑膜明显增生，符合以上标准者纳入病例组；有明确外伤史、MRI示无明显脂肪浸润、肩袖颜色正常、滑膜轻度增生的肩袖标本纳入对照组）

Inclusion criteria

1）Patients with tendon injury;
2）Patients who can obey the study protocol;
3) Agree to join in this study and sign the informed consent.
(set the tendinopathy sample as pathological group, set the normal tendon as control group)

排除标准：

1）有高血压、糖尿病等全身综合性疾病患者；
2）磁共振及关节镜下见肩袖断缘钙化的标本；
3）局部存在感染者；
4）其他不适合本实验的病人。

Exclusion criteria：

1）Patients with hypertension, diabetes and other systemic diseases;
2）Tendon with calcification;
3）Tendon with local infection;
4）Other exceptional cases.
