研究目的：

通过前瞻性的自身对照研究，评估外用西罗莫司治疗疣状静脉畸形的有效性及安全性，对改进疣状静脉畸形的治疗方案进行初步探索。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of topical Sirolimus in the treatment of verrucous venous malformations through prospective self-controlled study, and explore possible improvements in the treatment of verrucous venous malformations.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 2021年6月-2022年6月期间来我院门诊就诊的疣状静脉畸形患者，病灶表面无溃疡、感染、出血等并发症发生；
2. 弥漫型病灶；
3. 初诊前未曾接受过口服西罗莫司治疗，病灶处未曾接受过激光或外用药治疗的患者；
4. 愿意接受及配合检查及治疗、可定期复诊者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with verrucous venous malformations who came to our outpatient clinic from June 2021 to June 2022,who have no complications such as ulcers, infections, or bleeding of the lesion;
2. Diffuse lesions;
3. Patients who have not received oral sirolimus treatment previously, and have not received laser or topical medication for their lesion;
4. Those who are willing to accept and cooperate with examinations and treatments, and who can follow-up on a regular basis.

排除标准：

1. 患者本身存在严重免疫缺陷或先天疾病；
2. 孕妇及老年人（>65岁）；
3. 病灶处严重角化，药物或激光无法治疗，或病灶已影响肢体功能等需要手术切除的患者；
4. 正参加其他临床试验者；
5. 对西罗莫司过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe immunodeficiency or congenital disease;
2. Pregnant women and the elderly (>65 years old);
3. Patients with severe keratosis in the lesion that cannot be treated by drugs or laser, or the lesion has affected the function of the limbs and other patients who need to be surgically removed;
4. Those who are participating in other clinical trials;
5. Those who are allergic to sirolimus.
