研究目的：

通过探讨丁酸盐介导的丁酸菌参与高脂饮食诱导结直肠癌发生机制，从而为高脂饮食诱导结直肠癌的诊治提供临床监测指标。同时，通过建立“食品-微生物-短链脂肪酸”轴，为高脂饮食诱发肠癌的基础研究奠定理论基础。  

Objectives of Study：

By exploring Butyricoccus mediated butyrate participating in the occurrence mechanism of high-fat diet-induced colorectal cancer, thereby providing clinical monitoring indicators for diagnosis and treatment of high-fat diet-induced colorectal cancer. At the same time, through the establishment of the "food - microorganism - short chain fatty acid" axis, to lay a theoretical foundation for the basic study of high-fat diet induced intestinal cancer.

纳入标准：

⑴ 经肠镜活检病理确诊为结肠癌的患者；⑵ 未行手术、化疗，放疗等各种治疗；⑶ 本人或其代理人签署知情同意。⑷ 经中国成人血脂异常防治指南(2016年修订版)诊断为高脂血症患者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients diagnosed with colon cancer by transintestinal biopsy and pathology;
(2) No surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and other treatments;
(3) The self or his agent is signing the informed consent;
(4) By the Chinese adult dyslipidemia prevention and treatment guidelines (revised version in 2016) diagnosed as hyperlipidemia patients.

排除标准：

⑴ 合并有其他恶性肿瘤；⑵ 合并有严重心肺疾病；⑶ 患者入院前3个月有抗生素、激素或肠道菌群制剂使用史；⑷ 严重腹泻或便秘的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with other malignant tumors;
(2) The patient has severe heart and lung disease;
(3) The patient had a history of using antibiotics, hormones or intestinal microflora preparations 3 months before admission;
(4) Patients with severe diarrhea or constipation.
