研究目的：

构建肺癌微创手术患者的运动康复方案，验证基于患者健康参与模型的运动康复方案在肺癌微创手术患者中的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct an exercise rehabilitation program for patients with minimally invasive lung cancer surgery, and to verify the intervention effect of the exercise rehabilitation program based on the patient health participation model in patients with minimally invasive surgery for lung cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 入院诊断为非小细胞肺癌；
2. 拟采用微创手术方式；
3. 第一次手术治疗；
4. 年龄≥18岁；
5. 患者知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Non-small cell lung cancer was diagnosed upon admission;
2. Minimally invasive surgery is proposed;
3. The first surgical treatment;
4. Aged >= 18 years;
5. Informed consent of patients.

排除标准：

1. 术前有活动障碍，合并严重肝肾、心脑血管疾病患者，严重感染患者；
2. 术后出现活动性出血及严重并发症；
3. 有精神疾患或认知功能障碍史；
4. 术前接受化疗、放疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with preoperatively impaired activities, complicated with serious liver, kidney, cardio-cerebrovascular diseases, and seriously infected patients;
2. Active bleeding and serious complications occurred after surgery;
3. Have a history of mental disorders or cognitive dysfunction;
4. Preoperative chemotherapy and radiotherapy were performed.
