研究目的：

1.验证布拉迪酵母菌对成人急性胃肠炎的改善作用及其对成人急性胃肠炎患者免疫功能和炎症水平的调节作用； 2.初步揭示布拉迪酵母菌在成人急性肠胃炎患者体内平衡肠道微生态的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To verify the improvement effect of Saccharomyces boulardii on adult acute gastroenteritis and its regulating effect on immune function and inflammatory level in adult patients with acute gastroenteritis; 2. Preliminarily reveal the role of Saccharomyces boulardii in the homeostasis of intestinal microecology in adult patients with acute gastroenteritis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者同意参与试验并签署知情同意书；
2.患者在24小时内排水样便≥3次；
3.患者腹泻病程<72小时；
4.患者年龄≥18岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. The patient agrees to participate in the trial and signs the informed consent;
2. The patient has >= 3 stool samples within 24 hours;
3. The duration of the patient's diarrhea is less than 72 hours;
4. Aged >=18 years.

排除标准：

1.存在留置血管通路(菌血症风险)；
2.正在接受免疫抑制治疗，或已知免疫缺陷病史(菌血症风险)；
3.前7天内的口腔或胃肠道手术(菌血症风险)；
4.危重病人(菌血症风险)；
5.过去72小时内的便血，潜在的严重慢性胃肠道问题或炎症性肠病:不包括便秘、胃食管反流或慢性疼痛；
6.哺乳期或妊娠期妇女；
7.症状是由过量饮酒或服用药物引起；
8.在前4周使用益生菌、益生元或合生元：但不排除食用含有以上成分的食物者；
9.在前4周内接受抗生素治疗；
10.对布拉迪酵母菌或安慰剂成分（麦芽糊精）过敏；
11.先前纳入本试验或同时参加其他试验；
12.不能通过电话或网络进行每日随访，或近期有旅行/出差计划。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There is indwelling vascular access (risk of bacteremia);
2. Being receiving immunosuppressive therapy or a known history of immunodeficiency (risk of bacteremia);
3. Oral or gastrointestinal surgery in the first 7 days (risk of bacteremia);
4. Critically ill patients (risk of bacteremia);
5. Blood in the stool in the past 72 hours, potentially serious chronic gastrointestinal problems or inflammatory bowel disease: excluding constipation, gastroesophageal reflux or chronic pain;
6. Patients during lactation or pregnancy;
7. Symptoms are caused by excessive drinking or taking drugs;
8. Use of probiotics, prebiotics or synbiotics in the first 4 weeks: but those who eat food containing the above ingredients are not excluded;
9. Received antibiotic treatment within the first 4 weeks;
10. Allergies to Saccharomyces boulardii or placebo ingredients (maltodextrin);
11. Previously included in this trial or participated in other trials at the same time;
12. No daily follow-up by phone or internet, or recent travel/business trip plans.
