研究目的：

1.构建基于 EOCT 图像的淋巴管分割算法； 2.对正常黏膜、炎症和早癌的淋巴管形态进行归纳、分类，建立淋巴管分型标 准。并研究食管黏膜淋巴管形态与食管病变类型、浸润深度、脉管侵犯、淋巴 结转移的关系； 3.初步比较淋巴管形态与 IPCL 在诊断早期食管鳞状细胞癌中的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To establish a lymphatic vessel segmentation algorithmn based on EOCT image rawdata. 2.To capture and categorize EOCT images of esophageal mucosae with normal epithelium, inflammation and early cancer; and to study the relationship between configurations of mucosal lymphatics and the clinicopathological characteristics of early mucosal lesions. 3.To primarily compare the efficacy between lymphatics and IPCLs in diagnosing early esophageal squamous carcinoma.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄 40 岁以上；
（2）行胃镜检查

Inclusion criteria

（1）age over 40;
（2）those who receive upper gastrointestinal endoscopic examninations.

排除标准：

（1）普通胃镜检查；
（2）食管狭窄无法置入球囊；
（3）严重心脑血管、肺部、肾脏及肝脏疾病无法耐受长时间胃镜操作者；
（4）拒绝签署知情同意书者.

Exclusion criteria：

（1）those who choose examination without anesthetization;
（2）not being able to insert inspection ballon because of esophageal stricture;
（3）severe cardiopulmonary disease, cerebral vascular disease, renal and hepatic disease;
（4）those who refuse to sign informed consent.
