研究目的：

本研究拟探讨遗传学、表观遗传学及免疫学因素与自身免疫性甲状腺疾病发病机制的关系，研究成果将可能为自身免疫性甲状腺疾病的防治提供新的靶点，也可能为其他自身免疫性疾病的防治研究提供重要的借鉴资料。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to explore the association between genetics, epigenetics as wel as immunological factors and the pathogenesis of autoimmune thyroid disease. The research results may provide new targets for the prevention and treatment of autoimmune thyroid diseases, and may also be references for the prevention and treatment of other autoimmune disorders.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①临床明确诊断为Graves病、桥本甲状腺炎的患者；正常对照组：甲状腺功能和甲状腺自身抗体均正常的人群；②能理解临床试验目的，自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients clinically diagnosed as Graves disease or Hashimoto thyroiditis; Healthy controls wrih normal thyroid function and thyroid autoantibodies. ②Can understand the purpose of clinical trials, be a volunteer to participate and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①垂体、下丘脑疾病；②有其他内分泌及其他自身免疫性疾病；③伴有重症躯体疾病的患者；④妊娠期和哺乳期妇女；⑤诊断有疑问的病例；⑥抽血恐惧者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Pituitary, hypothalamic diseases; ② Conmbined with other endocrine and other autoimmune diseases; ③ Patients with severe physical diseases; ④ Pregnant and lactating women; ⑤ The suspected cases; ⑥ Pepole with blood phobia.
