研究目的：

1.探索TBI的认知功能与大脑默认网络连接的相关性； 2.探讨rTMS是否通过调控大脑默认网络（DMN）连接来增强脑的功能整合从而改善TBI患者的认知水平。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the correlation between the cognitive function of TBI and the default network connection of the brain; 2. To explore whether rTMS can enhance the functional integration of the brain by regulating the brain's default network (DMN) connections, thereby improving the cognitive level of TBI patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合脑外伤病史；
2.患者18岁以上及60岁以下；
3.患者TBI病史大于6个月；
4.患者不伴意识障碍，且Rancho Los Amigos认知功能量表（RLA）分级>VI级；
5.右利手。

Inclusion criteria

1. Conform to the history of traumatic brain injury;
2. Patients over the age of 18 and under the age of 60;
3. The patient's history of TBI is greater than 6 months;
4. The patient is not accompanied by disturbance of consciousness, and the Rancho Los Amigos Cognitive Function Scale (RLA) grade is > VI;
5. Right-handed.

排除标准：

1.有颅骨缺陷；
2.有癫痫病史；
3.有心脏起搏器或人工耳蜗植入物；
4.精神、心理疾病史；
5.酗酒史；
6.认知障碍病史；
7.严重肝、肾疾病病史；
8.严重传染病病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With skull defects;
2. History of epilepsy;
3. Have a pacemaker or cochlear implant;
4. History of mental or psychological disease;
5. History of alcoholism;
6. History of cognitive impairment;
7. History of severe liver and kidney disease;
8. History of serious infectious diseases.
