研究目的：

本项研究拟利用鞘内注射间充质干细胞治疗梅毒麻痹性痴呆：首先通过青霉素治疗试验组和对照组梅毒麻痹性痴呆患者；在梅毒的活跃被控制的情况下，对试验组患者进行鞘内注射间充质干细胞；最终通过临床痴呆评价和脑核磁共振影像，对试验组和对照组患者干细胞治疗前后进行比较，评价干细胞治疗梅毒麻痹性痴呆的效果。该项研究是干细胞治疗梅毒麻痹性痴呆的治疗的有益尝试。  

Objectives of Study：

Our study intents to intrathecally inject syphilis patients of mesenchamal stem cells to cure paralytic dementia: firstly allpatients in the experimental group and the control group will be taken the penicillin treatment to inhibit the replication of Treponemapallidum; after controlling syphilis successfully, intrathecal injection of mesenchymal stem cells will apply to patients in the experimental group; finally all patients in the experimental group and the control group will take the clinical dementia rating evaluation and brain MRI imaging to evaluate the effect of the stem cell therapy in curing syphilis paralytic dementia. The study is a useful attempt to apply stem cell therapy in syphilis demantiaparalytic patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18~59岁的男性或女性；
2.血清TPPA、RPR阳性；
3.确诊为神经梅毒（麻痹性痴呆型）；
4.简易智能精神状态检查量表（MMSE）评分11~26分；
5.育龄期女性尿妊娠试验阴性。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 18 to 59 years, male or female;
2.Serum Tppa, RPR test positive;
3.Diagnosed as nerve syphilis (paralytic dementia type);
4.Mini-mental state examination(MMSE) Rating: 11~26 points;
5.Female urinary pregnancy test negative during childbearing age.

排除标准：

1.孕期或哺乳期女性；
2.合并其他传染病；
3.合并严重内科疾病；
4.合并肿瘤；
5.有脑外伤史、脑血管疾病史；
6.有家族精神病史；
7.不能配合治疗和定期随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating women;
2. Consolidation of other infectious diseases;
3. Consolidation of severe internal medicine diseases;
4. Combination of tumors;
5. History of brain trauma and cerebrovascular disease;
6. With a family history of mental illness;
7. Persons who are unable to cooperate with treatment and regular follow-up.
