研究目的：

本研究的目的是分析不同愈合方式种植体放置过程中种植体失败和边缘骨吸收是否可归因于低植入扭矩。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to analyse whether implant failure and MBL is attributable to IT during implant placement with different healing approaches.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.西南医科大学附属口腔医院种植科就诊患者并接受MG(Mozo-Grau)种植体修复牙缺失的患者。
2.患者信息，病历及影像资料齐全。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients in the Department of Implantology, Stomatology Hospital affiliated to Southwest Medical University who received MG(Mozo-Grau) implants to repair tooth loss.
2.Complete patient information, medical history and image data.

排除标准：

1.全身性疾病或状况，包括未受控制的糖尿病、骨质疏松症、免疫紊乱、放疗或化疗史。
2.吸烟(比;每天抽10支烟)，滥用药物和酒精。
3.半功能活动(磨牙和咬牙)。
4.有未经治疗的牙周病。
5.口腔卫生差(根据病人的菌斑指数和清洁习惯进行评估)。
6.拔牙后愈合时间少于3个月。
7.骨增量手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Systemic disease or conditions including uncontrolled diabetes diabetes, osteoporosis, immune disorders, and history of radiotherapy or chemotherapy.
2.Smoking (> 10 cigarettes a day), substance and alcohol abuse.
3.Parafunctional activities (bruxism and clenching).
4.Presence of untreated periodontal diseases.
5.Poor oral hygiene (evaluated by patient's plaque index and cleaning habits).
6.Teeth extraction with less than 3 months of healing.
7.Bone augmentation (except for maxillary sinus augmentation).
