研究目的：

探索剖宫产同时穿刺卵巢表面卵泡，获取卵母细胞进行体外培养后进行玻璃化冻存保存生育力的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the safety and effectiveness of vitrification cryopreservation for fertility preservation by puncturing ovarian follicles at the same time during cesarean section.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 妊娠女性
2) 强烈要求保存生育力
3) 年龄≤40岁
4) 剖宫产手术分娩
5) 受试者自愿加入本研究，签署知情同意书，依从性好，配合随访

Inclusion criteria

1) pregnancy women2) urged preserve fertility 3) pregnancy women age 40 years old or less 4) surgery cesarean section delivery 5) willing to join in this study, subjects signed informed consent, good adherence, cooperate with the follow-up

排除标准：

1) 患有传染性疾病者（HIV 梅毒 肝炎等）
2) 孕前已发现卵巢功能减退（AMH <1ng/ml和/或窦卵泡数<5个）

Exclusion criteria：

1) people with infectious diseases (HIV syphilis, hepatitis, etc.) 2) pregnant has found that decreased ovarian function (AMH < 1 ng/ml and/or sinus follicle number < 5)
