研究目的：

探索镜像疗法与肌电生物反馈对于脑卒中下肢痉挛患者运动及平衡功能障碍的改善及机制，优化脑卒中临床康复方案，并为患者的家庭康复提供借鉴意义。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the improvement and mechanism of mirror therapy and myoelectric biofeedback for motor and balance dysfunction in stroke patients with lower limb spasticity, optimize the clinical rehabilitation program for stroke, and provide reference significance for home rehabilitation of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 首次发病并伴有肢体功能障碍，且为单侧偏瘫；
2. 病情稳定，患者病程不超过1年；
3. 年龄30-79岁；
4. 患侧下肢经Brunnstrom分期评定处于第II-V期；
5. 患侧下肢经改良Ashworth量表评级后至少有1块肌肉（腓肠肌内侧头或/和股直肌）＞1；
6. 坐位平衡≥2级，可以保持坐位≥15 min；
7. 不需任何外界辅助单次可以独自站立10s；
8. 无意识、听觉及视觉障碍，依从性好，配合治疗；
9. 对本研究知悉并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. The first episode accompanied by limb dysfunction, and unilateral hemiplegia;
2. The condition is stable, the patient's course of disease does not exceed 1 year;
3. Aged 30-79 years;
4. The lower limbs by Brunnstrom stage II-V;
5. At least one muscle (medial gastrocnemius or/and rectus femoris) after the modified Ashworth scale rating > 1;
6. Sitting balance >= 2, and can maintain sitting >= 15 min;
7. Stand alone for 10s without any external assistance;
8. No consciousness, hearing and visual impairment, good compliance, with the treatment;
9. Know about the study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 生命体征不稳定患者；
2. 有严重的重要脏器病变及心肌梗死、未控制高血压等并发症；
3. 患有药物也无法控制的精神类疾病；
4. 下肢缺失或本身存在肌肉骨骼系统疾病；
5. 研究期间接受其他中枢性干预措施患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with unstable vital signs;
2. Patients with severe important organ disease, myocardial infarction, uncontrolled hypertension and other complications;
3. Patients with mental diseases that cannot be controlled by drugs;
4. Patients with lower limb loss or musculoskeletal system diseases;
5. Patients receiving other central intervention measures during the study.
