研究目的：

通过临床试验评估基于AI模型的营养-体能-心理预康复模式对老年外科手术患者临床结局、营养状况、生活质量的综合改善作用，为智能营养干预改善老年外科手术患者临床结局提供新的思路和方法。  

Objectives of Study：

Through clinical trials to evaluate the comprehensive improvement effect of nutrition physical fitness psychological pre rehabilitation model based on AI model on the clinical outcome, nutritional status and quality of life of elderly surgical patients, so as to provide new ideas and methods for intelligent nutrition intervention to improve the clinical outcome of elderly surgical patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

- 2022年1月1日-2023年12月31日期间拟在华东医院接受手术治疗的老年患者。
- 患者本人及家属知情且同意参与研究；
- 年龄≥65岁，性别不限；
- 有基本的阅读和理解能力；
- 具有参与运动训练的基本能力。

Inclusion criteria

-Elderly patients to receive surgical treatment in East China Hospital from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2023.

-The patient and his family members knew and agreed to participate in the study;

-Age ≥ 65 years old, regardless of gender;

-Basic reading and understanding skills;

-Have the basic ability to participate in sports training.

排除标准：

- 高龄（>85岁）；
- 合并严重感染或其他疾病，需要ICU治疗；
- 术前检查存在严重且不可逆的心、肺、肾脏器质性病变、严重贫血或其他手术禁忌；
- 既往30天内参加过其它临床试验；
- 需施行急诊手术；
- 美国心理学会生理状态分类达到4级和5级。

Exclusion criteria：

-Old age (> 85 years old);

-Complicated with serious infection or other diseases, requiring ICU treatment;

-There were serious and irreversible organic diseases of heart, lung and kidney, severe anemia or other surgical contraindications in preoperative examination;

-Participated in other clinical trials in the past 30 days;

-Emergency surgery is required;

-The physiological state classification of the American Psychological Association reaches levels 4 and 5.
