探讨剖宫产术后镇痛应用艾司氯胺酮在产后抑郁中的临床研究。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical study of application of Esketamine in postpartum depression after Cesarean section.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合《剖宫产手术的专家共识(2014)》中剖宫产手术指征者；②年龄20～40 岁；③既往无免疫系统疾病及风湿类疾病史；④临床资料及影像学资料均完整。

Inclusion criteria

(1) the indication of Cesarean Section in The consensus of experts on Cesarean Section (2014); (2) the age of 20 ~ 40; (3) no history of immune system disease and rheumatic diseases; (4) the clinical data and imaging data were complete.

排除标准：

①合并心脑血管疾病；②合并重要器官功能不全；③凝血功能障碍；④存在腰椎手术史及严重外伤史；⑤存在对非甾体类抗炎药、阿片类镇痛药物及其他药物过敏史；⑥精神异常、沟通障碍。

Exclusion criteria：


1 With cerebrovascular disease; 2 with Major Organ Dysfunction; 3 with Coagulopathy; 4 with a history of lumbar surgery and severe trauma; 5 with a history of allergy to nsaids, opioid analgesics, and other drugs; 6 Mental Disorders, communication problems.
