研究目的：

目前，深圳医院骨科已经积累了数目众多的遗传骨病病人，我们希望在此基础上 （1）建立完善的遗传骨病的影像数据库和组织库； （2）精准鉴定各种遗传骨病的致病基因，完善遗传骨病基因库； （3）测量病人骨骼，肌肉和皮肤细胞的基因和蛋白表达谱，以探讨突变基因对成骨细胞，肌肉细胞和皮肤细胞分化的影响，深入了解其致病机理； （4）培养和冻存病人的原代骨骼细胞，用于鉴定骨骼祖细胞和测试药物的功效，为将来可能转化的药物或者治疗方案提供科研基础。  

Objectives of Study：

At present, a large number of patients with genetic bone diseases have been diagnosed in our hospital. We hope that on this basis to (1) Establish an image and tissue database of genetic bone diseases; (2) Accurately identify the pathogenic genes of various genetic bone diseases; (3) Explore the effect of mutant genes on the differentiation of osteoblasts, muscle cells and skin cells, and to further understand its pathogenesis; (4) Identify bone progenitor cells and test the efficacy of drugs, so as to provide scientific research basis for drugs or treatment schemes that may be transformed in the future.

纳入标准：

（1）确诊的遗传骨病患者和其有血缘关系的家属；
（2）因诊断需要而进行手术切除部分骨骼肌肉和皮肤组织的病人（例如骨折，畸形矫正等）；
（3）神志清醒，可清晰进行沟通交流；
（4）年龄，性别不限。
每一位受试者入选本研究前，研究医师有责任以书面文字形式，向其或其指定代表人完整、全面地介绍本研究的目的、程序和可能的风险。受试者有权随时退出本研究。入选前必须给每位受试者一份书面知情同意书，研究医师有责任让每位受试者在进入研究之前获得知情同意，知情同意书应作为临床试验文档保留备查。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients diagnosed with genetic bone disease and their family members;
(2) Patients who need surgical osteotomy, such as fracture, deformity correction, etc.;
(3) Patients who are conscious and able to communicate clearly;
(4) Age and gender are not limited.
Before each subject is involved for this study, the doctors has the responsibility to completely and comprehensively introduce the purpose, procedures and possible risks of this study in written form. Subjects have the right to withdraw from the study at any time. Before enrollment, each subject must be given a written informed consent. Informed consent must be obtained before any procedure in this study. The informed consent shall be retained as a clinical trial document for future reference.
