①构建海南省首个GDM孕妇前瞻性观察性研究队列 ②构建海南省GDM孕妇及其后代短期和近期不良结局的预测模型并进行临床验证  

Objectives of Study：

① Construction of the first prospective observational study cohort of pregnant women with GDM in Hainan Province ② Construction and clinical validation of short-term and short-term adverse outcome prediction models for pregnant women with GDM and their offspring in Hainan Province

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁；
2.确诊为妊娠糖尿病*；
3.拟在本机构或研究协作机构接受标准化的产前检查、孕期保健、生产及产后护理；
4.签署知情同意书。
*依据中华医学会围产医学分会妊娠合并糖尿病协作组《妊娠合并糖尿病诊治指南》（2014）采用一步法诊断：孕24-28周进行75gOGTT试验，满足：
1）FPG≥5.1mmol/L；2）1h血糖≥10.0mmol/L；3）2h血糖≥8.5mmol/L中任意一条者即可诊断。 或在孕期任何时间依据中华医学会糖尿病学分会制定的《中国2型糖尿病防治指南》（2017）OGTT结果符合GDM或妊娠期显性糖尿病诊断。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≥ 18 years; 2. Diagnosed with gestational diabetes *; 3. To receive standardized prenatal care, pregnancy care, childbirth and postnatal care at the institution or research collaboration; 4. Sign the informed consent form. * According to the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus in Pregnancy (2014) of the Collaborative Group of Perinatal Medicine Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, 75g OGTT test was performed at 24-28 weeks of gestation. 1)FPG ≥ 5.1mmol/L;2)1h blood glucose ≥ 10.0mmol/L;3)2h blood glucose ≥ 8.5mmol/L can be diagnosed. At any time during pregnancy, the results of OGTT were consistent with GDM or Gestational overt diabetes according to the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2017) developed by the Diabetes Branch of the Chinese Medical Association.

排除标准：

1.既往明确诊断为任意类型糖尿病;
2.使用糖皮质激素引起的糖尿病；
3.合并严重系统性疾病、恶性肿瘤；
4.处于感染、外伤等应激状态；
5.合并严重精神疾病及认知障碍；
6.无法自主配合完成研究相关检查及随访；
7.在入组前三个月内参与了其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previously diagnosed with any type of diabetes; 2. Diabetes caused by the use of glucocorticoids; 3. Combined with severe systemic diseases and malignant tumors; 4. In a state of stress such as infection and trauma; 5. Combined with severe mental illness and cognitive impairment; 6. Unable to cooperate with the completion of research-related examinations and follow-up; 7. Participated in other clinical trials within three months before enrollment.
