To study the clinical application of remifentanil patient-controlled analgesia in the second stage of labor

纳入标准：

心肺功能正常，宫口开大至8cm，拟行阴道分娩的产妇

Inclusion criteria

The cardiopulmonary function is normal, the opening of the uterine orifice is up to 8cm, and the pregnant women who intend to have vaginal delivery

排除标准：

心肺功能异常，产妇拒绝

Exclusion criteria：

Abnormal cardiopulmonary function, maternal rejection
