研究目的：

本项目拟通过长期随访观察儿童期下颌骨骨折对颌面部生长发育的影响，以指导儿童下颌骨骨折的治疗。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effects of childhood mandibular fractures on maxillofacial growth and development through long-term follow-up to guide the treatment of mandibular fractures in children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断为下颌骨骨折的患者，包括下颌骨髁突、下颌角、下颌骨正中联合、下颌骨体部、下颌骨喙突骨折等。
2.患者对该临床试验知情同意,并愿意参与临床试验效果评价。
3.患者年龄小于18岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with mandibular fractures, including mandibular condyle fracture, mandibular angle fracture, mandibular symphysis fracture, mandibular body fracture, and mandibular coracoid fracture.
2. The patient gave informed consent to the clinical trial, and able to participate in consent procedures and clinical assessments;
3. The patient is younger than 18 years old.

排除标准：

因全身系统性疾病不能耐受全麻手术的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

contraindications to general anesthesia operation.

由专人进行纸质记录测量指标，并录入Excel电子表格，保存于研究者处；患者临床病史记录为纸质版，主管医师签字后保存于武汉大学口腔医院病案室，以备查阅.
