Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of using hydroxyethyl starch versus gelatin in thoracic surgery on postoperative renal function in patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄≥18岁；
经亚洲肺结节患者的评估指南，规范诊断为肺结节病需行肺结节切除手术的患者；
2008年1月-2020年12月就诊于南方医科大学南方医院；
接受以下手术的患者：肺段切除术、肺叶切除术、全肺切除术、其他肺组织切除术、食管切除手术；

Inclusion criteria

Age ≥ 18 years;
Patients with a standardized diagnosis of pulmonary nodular disease requiring pulmonary nodule resection as per the Asian guidelines for the evaluation of patients with pulmonary nodules;
Attended Southern Hospital of Southern Medical University from January 2008 to December 2020;
Patients undergoing the following procedures: lung segmental resection, lobectomy, total pneumonectomy, other lung tissue resection, esophagectomy;

排除标准：

术前CKD 5期；
缺乏血清肌酐数据；
术后1周内再次手术；

Exclusion criteria：

Preoperative CKD stage 5;
Lack of serum creatinine data;
Re-operation within 1 week after surgery;
