研究目的：

评估肠道菌群移植在溃疡性结肠炎患者中治疗的有效性和安全性，探讨治疗前后肠道及口腔菌群的变化。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of fecal microbiota transplantation in patients with ulcerative colitis, and to explore changes in intestinal and oral bacterial flora before and after treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）患者或其家属（监护人）同意参加本研究，并签署知情同意书；（2）年龄为14-70岁，性别不限；（3）临床确诊为难治性溃疡性结肠炎并符合相关疾病诊断标准；（4）溃疡性结肠炎活动性的Mayo评分在4-10分；（5）患者接受稳定的合并用药剂量（氨基水杨酸制剂、口服糖皮质激素）至少4周；（6）患者愿意接受后期随访及其他协议要求。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The patient or his or her family (guardian) agrees to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form;(2) Aged 14-70 years, regardless of gender;(3) clinically diagnosed as refractory ulcerative colitis and meet the diagnostic criteria;(4) The Mayo score of ulcerative colitis activity is 4-10 points;(5) The patient receives a stable combined dose (aminosalicylic acid preparation, oral glucocorticoid) for at least 4 weeks; (6) the patient is willing to undergo follow-up and other protocol requirements.

排除标准：

（1）处于妊娠期或试验期间有妊娠计划的患者；（2）对这项技术有任何疑虑或者存在其他风险史的患者；（3）处于疾病末期或者可能在研究中死亡的患者；（4）研究入组前三个月参与其他临床试验的患者；（5）研究入组前已参加其他任何菌群治疗的患者；（6）有历史性巨结肠的患者；（7）严重心肺、肝、肾功能不全的患者；（8）乙肝、结核、梅毒及HIV抗体阳性的患者；（9）严重贫血（Hbg<6g/dl）、多发淋巴结肿大、白细胞减少的患者；（10）任何研究者认为不能参加本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who have a pregnancy plan during pregnancy or during the trial;(2) Patients who have any doubts about this technique or who have a history of other risks;(3) Patients at the end of the disease or who may have died in the study;(4) Study patients who participated in other clinical trials in the first three months of enrollment;(5) Study patients who have participated in any other flora treatment before enrollment;(6) Patients with historic megacolon;(7) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary, hepatic and renal insufficiency;(8) Patients with hepatitis B, tuberculosis, syphilis and HIV antibody positive;(9) Patients with severe anemia (Hb<6g/dl), multiple lymphadenopathy , and leukopenia;(10) Any patient considered by the investigator to be unable to participate in the study.
