研究目的：

（1）基于B型超声技术确定肌少症患者股直肌定量诊断标准；（2）基于B超技术筛查老年危重症患者中肌少症患病率。  

Objectives of Study：

(1)Establish the quantitative diagnostic criteria of rectus femoris in patients with sarcopenia via B-mode ultrasound technology. (2)Screen the prevalence of sarcopenia in elderly patients with critical illness via B-mode ultrasound technology.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 观察期间入住ICU，并预计停留时间＞24小时的危重症患者；
(2) 年龄≥65岁。

Inclusion criteria

(1) stay in ICU more than 24 hours;
(2) aged 65 years and above.

排除标准：

(1) 双下肢缺失;
(2) 双下肢组织水肿。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) loss of both lower limbs;
(2) edema of both lower limbs.
