研究目的：

通过本项目的研究，基于SEM 阐明精神科WPV 管理培训体系的主要模块及其内容，设计WPV 标准化情景用于精神科医务人员培训，并验证标准化情景WPV 管理培训体系的应用效果以及对医务人员的影响。从而构建标准化情景WPV 管理培训体系，补充我国精神科医院WPV 管理培训的研究内容，并在省内外推广。  

Objectives of Study：

On the basis of literature review and Delphi method, CRSCE program had been developed to improve nurses' capacity of dealing with WPV. CRSCE was named after the first letter of each core component, these were Communication, Response, Solution, Care, and Environment, respectively. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of DE training program (CRSCE) among Chinese psychiatric nurses.
