研究目的：

对着健身的普及，越来越多人注重身材的管理，其中腿部肌肉可以说是锻炼的重点，不管是男女肯定要把腿部肌肉安排进锻炼计划中去。而通过锻炼大腿上端骨骼肌有什么好处,那到底练腿部肌肉的好处有哪些。因此我组为探索通过腿部骨骼肌含量与男性各方面功能的关系进行一系列研究。  

Objectives of Study：

The popularity of fitness, more and more people pay attention to body management, which can be said to be the focus of exercise leg muscles, regardless of whether it is men or women must be arranged into the exercise program to leg muscles. And by exercising the upper thigh skeletal muscle what are the benefits, what are the benefits of training the leg muscles. Therefore my group conducted a series of studies to explore the relationship between the skeletal muscle content of the legs and various aspects of male function through.

纳入标准：

在华西医院进行减肥手术的男性代谢综合征患者

Inclusion criteria

Male patient with metabolic syndrome who underwent bariatric surgery at West China Hospital

排除标准：

1.本身有勃起功能障碍的患者
2.近6个月内服用抗抑郁等相关药物

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have erectile dysfunction themselves
2. Taking antidepressants and other related drugs within the last 6 months
