研究目的：

本研究的目的是探索神经肌肉阻滞对于新生儿以及小婴儿腹腔镜手术条件的影响，以及观察不同深度神经肌肉阻滞下新生儿和小婴儿腹腔手术的围术期并发症以及插管相关并发症发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of neuromuscular block on the conditions of laparoscopic surgery in neonates and infants, and to observe the incidence of perioperative complications and intubation-related complications during laparoscopic surgery in neonates and infants at different depths of neuromuscular block.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

在湖南省儿童医院进行腹腔镜手术的婴幼儿， 年龄0～1岁，ASA Ⅰ～ Ⅱ级，签署知情同意书，手术时间小于2小时。

Inclusion criteria

In Hunan Children's Hospital, children aged 0-1 years, ASA ⅰ ~ ⅱ, signed informed consent, and the operation time was less than 2 hours.

排除标准：

排除标准：1.任何染色体异常发育异常的患儿 2.有心血管疾病患儿 3.有发育迟滞患儿 4.气道畸形患儿 5.重度肥胖患儿 6.孕周小于27周患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any children with chromosomal abnormalities and abnormal development; 2. Children with cardiovascular disease; 3. Children with developmental retardation 4. Children with airway malformation 5. Children with severe obesity 6. Children less than 27 weeks of gestation.

术前一天由专人根据纳入和排除标准收集75例研究对象。由手术的时间的先后顺序排列，75例患儿的编号为1-75号，从随机数字表中任意选择起始数，现将从第5行第5列开始向右的随机数按随机数除3后余数分组的分类。如果两组的例数不相等，将继续查随机数字表，根据下一个随机数字来调整，从而确定患儿的分组，并用信封将该患儿的分配表保存好（分配表1为无神经肌肉阻滞组、浅度神经肌肉阻滞组和中度神经肌肉阻滞组，分配表2记为A组、B组和C组）。 如：编号 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 随机数55 59 56 35 64 38 54 82 46 22 31
