研究目的：

术中通过选择合适的血管活性药物改善重要脏器的氧供和血供，同时可能降低围术期神经认知障碍的发生。  

Objectives of Study：

Intraoperative improvement of oxygen and blood supply to vital organs is improved by selecting appropriate vasoactive agents, which may reduce the incidence of perioperative neurocognitive disorders.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

在本次研究中，我们通过对术中管理患者血压的药物控制，来研究麻黄碱或去甲肾上腺素对患者围术期神经认知障碍的影响及可能存在的机制，可能有助于降低患者围术期神经认知障碍的发生率。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

In this study, we studied the effect of ephedrine or norepinephrine on perioperative neurocognitive disorder and possible mechanisms through drug control of intraoperative management of patients' blood pressure, which may help reduce the incidence of perioperative neurocognitive disorder in patients. 

纳入标准：

年龄40-90岁 ASA I-III级 无严重肝肾功能障碍 无精神药物成瘾史 进行腹部手术的患者

Inclusion criteria

Age 40 to 90 years ASA Class I-III No severe liver and kidney dysfunction No history of psychotropic addiction Patients undergoing abdominal surgery

排除标准：

（1）中枢神经系统感染、头部外伤、或其他明显的神经系统疾病； (2) 严重的视力和听力障碍 (3) 严重精神或神经系统疾病史，如阿尔茨海默病、帕金森综合征、脑血管意外和脑血管疾病（4）术前简易精神状态检查量表（MMSE）≤23分（5）药物滥用或精神药物滥用，长期使用类固醇和激素类药物，（6）遗传病家族史（如早发性家族性AD、遗传性共济失调、遗传性痉挛性截瘫等）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Central nervous system infection, head trauma, or other obvious neurological disorders; (2) Severe vision and hearing impairment (3) History of severe psychiatric or neurological disorders, such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's syndrome, cerebrovascular accident and cerebrovascular disease (4) Preoperative Simple Mental Status Check Scale (MMSE) ≤ 23 points (5) Substance abuse or psychotropic substance abuse, long-term use of steroids and hormone drugs, (6) family history of genetic diseases (such as early-onset familial AD, hereditary ataxia). , hereditary spastic paraplegia, etc.).
