Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合符合ICD-10 失眠症诊断标准；
（2）性别不限，年龄在18—65（包含18岁和65岁）周岁之间；
（3）受试者均为自愿参加临床试验研究，并签署了知情同意书者 ；

Inclusion criteria

(1) meet the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for insomnia;
(2) be of any sex and be between the ages of 18 and 65;
(3) be willing to participate in clinical trial and sign informed consent;

排除标准：

（1）任何干扰试验进程或可能干扰睡眠的生活方式：如最近两周内或试验阶段，会有跨越时区的旅行或倒班（夜班白班倒替）等；
（2）试验期间内需操作机械的特殊职业者，如职业司机，高空作业者等；
（3）每天规律饮用过量茶、咖啡饮料者。
（4）排除因其他疾病引发的失眠如：发作性睡病、呼吸相关性睡眠障等；
（5）过去一年内有肿瘤、心肌梗塞、心力衰竭者、 精神异常病史、 药物滥用史、 药物成瘾史；
（6）伴有心、肝、肾及呼吸功能受损者或其他各系统严重疾病， AST或ALT超过正常值上限的1.5倍，血清肌酐超过正常值上限；
（7）筛选时HAMA焦虑量表评分大于14 分， HAMD抑郁量表≥17分；
（8）排除特殊人群：过敏体质、备孕、妊娠或哺乳期妇女、对本药物成分过敏者；
（9）3个月内参加其他临床研究的患者；
（10）呼吸暂停类患者；
（11）入组后服用影响醒睡功能或影响试验药物评价的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) any lifestyle that interferes with the trial process or may interfere with sleep: If within the last two weeks or during the trial period, there will be travel or shifts across time zones (night shifts, day shifts) , etc. ; (2) special workers who need to operate machinery during the trial period, such as professional drivers, high-altitude workers and so on; (3) daily regular consumption of excessive tea, coffee drinks. (4) exclusion of insomnia caused by other diseases such as Narcolepsy, respiratory-related sleep disorders; (5) history of cancer, myocardial infarction, heart failure, history of mental disorders, history of Drug Abuse, history of drug addiction in the past year; (6) patients with heart, liver, kidney and respiratory function impairment or other serious diseases, AST or ALT were 1.5 times higher than the upper limit of normal value, serum creatinine was higher than the upper limit of normal value; (7) Hama anxiety scale score was higher than 14 when screening; Hamd Depression scale ≥17 points (8) excluded special population: Allergic Constitution, pregnancy, pregnancy or lactation women, allergic to the drug ingredients; (9) patients who participated in other clinical studies within 3 months; (10) patients with apnea; (11) the patients who took the drug after entering the group could affect the function of waking and sleeping or the evaluation of the drug in the test
