研究目的：

本研究拟通过随机对照试验方法探究经皮电刺激治疗功能性消化不良的疗效，同时进一步探寻其治疗机制，为其提供理论和实验依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to explore the efficacy of percutaneous electrical stimulation in the treatment of functional dyspepsia through a randomized controlled trial, and further explore its therapeutic mechanism to provide theoretical and experimental basis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合功能性消化不良罗马Ⅳ餐后不适综合征或上腹痛综合征诊断标准；②年龄18-65岁，男女不限；③本次入选前一年内在三甲医院进行胃镜检查，排除胃癌、溃疡、糜烂性胃炎或其他胃器质性疾病；④入选前一年内在三甲医院进行过B超检查排除肝胆胰疾病；⑤愿意签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the diagnostic criteria of functional dyspepsia Roman ⅳ postprandial discomfort syndrome or epigastric pain syndrome; ② Age 18-65, male or female; ③ Gastroscopy was performed in a grade A hospital within one year prior to this admission to exclude gastric cancer, ulcer, erosive gastritis or other gastric organic diseases; ④ Within one year before admission, B ultrasound examination was performed in a grade A hospital to exclude hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases; ⑤ Willing to sign informed consent.

排除标准：

①有腹部手术史者；②B超检查患肝胆胰疾病；③在实验前2周及实验期间服用PPI、促动力、抗胆碱能或多巴胺能药物；④有糖尿病、甲状腺疾病、系统性硬化症、系统性红斑狼疮等病史者；⑤孕妇、哺乳期妇女或计划怀孕者；⑥且对皮肤制剂过敏、熟悉穴位及功能者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with a history of abdominal surgery; B ultrasound examination of liver, bile and pancreas diseases; ③ Take PPI, stimulant, anticholinergic or dopaminergic drugs 2 weeks before and during the experiment; ④ Have diabetes, thyroid disease, systemic sclerosis, systemic lupus erythematosus and other medical history; ⑤ Pregnant women, breast-feeding women or those planning to become pregnant; ⑥ And allergic to skin preparations, familiar with acupoints and functions.
