研究目的：

布托啡诺是新型的镇痛药，为阿片受体部分的激动剂，镇痛效果好，副作用小，但目前对其在各类下腹部手术围术期的镇痛效果，以及不同年龄、不同民族人群中的差异性研究目前罕见报道，因此本课题拟行多中心研究，旨在探究布托啡诺在下腹部手术中的安全性及有效性，探索下腹部手术围术期使用布托啡诺的优势方案，包括剂量、时机、配伍、手术类型等对研究终点的影响，为布托啡诺的临床应用提供数据支撑。  

Objectives of Study：

Butorphanol is a new analgesic. It is an agonist of opioid receptor. It has good analgesic effect and small side effects. However, at present, there are few reports on its analgesic effect in the perioperative period of various lower abdominal operations and the differences among people of different ages and nationalities. Therefore, a multicenter study is planned for this subject, The purpose is to explore the safety and effectiveness of Butorphanol in lower abdominal surgery, explore the advantageous schemes of perioperative use of Butorphanol in lower abdominal surgery, including the effects of dose, timing, compatibility and operation type on the study endpoint, and provide data support for the clinical application of butorphanol.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a. 年龄18-60周岁；b. ASA分级I-II级；c. 体质指数BMI:18-25；

Inclusion criteria

a. Age 18-60 years old; b. ASA class I-II; c. Body mass index BMI: 18-25;

排除标准：

a. 数据病例资料记录不全；b. 严重药物不良反应；c. 患者及家属家属中途要求退出；d. 术中循环不稳定，术后送往ICU者；e. 手术时长>6h。

Exclusion criteria：

a. Liver and kidney dysfunction; b. History of hypertension; c. Mental disorders; d. Patients with arrhythmia and myocardial infarction; e. Have a history of drug allergy; f. Taking sedative and analgesic drugs in recent three months;
