研究目的：

探讨静脉注射吲哚菁绿后，是否可以提高ERCP胆管插管的成功率，减少操作时间，降低ERCP术后并发症的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether intravenous injection of indocyanine green can improve the success rate of ERCP bile duct intubation, reduce the operation time and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications of ERCP.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18-80周岁；
2.各种原因需行ERCP治疗；
3.具有天然乳头；
4.首次行ERCP；
5.ERCP前血清淀粉酶水平正常。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients aged 18 to 80 years;
2.ERCP should be treated for various reasons;
3.Intact native papilla;
4.First time undergoing ERCP;
5.Normal serum amylase level before ERCP.

排除标准：

1.严重心、肺疾病，严重肾功能不全；
2.妊娠；
3.活动性急性胰腺炎、严重慢性胰腺炎的证据；
4.胃肠道解剖结构改变；
5.拒绝参加本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe heart and lung disease, severe renal insufficiency;
2.Pregnancy;
3.Active acute pancreatitis, evidence of severe chronic pancreatitis;
4.Altered gastrointestinal tract anatomy;
5.Patients who refuse to participate in this study.
