研究目的：

探讨超声引导下外周神经阻滞对行外科手术的患者术中心率、血压、镇静镇痛药物用量以及对术后疼痛的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective To investigate the effects of ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve block on operative center rate, blood pressure, dosage of sedative and analgesic drugs and postoperative pain in patients undergoing surgery.

纳入标准：

本研究的纳入标准为：（1）18 岁或以上；（2）计划进行外科手术。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria in this study were :(1) 18 years of age or older; (2) Surgical procedures are planned.

排除标准：

排除标准：麻醉药物过敏史；心功能 III级或 IV 级；肝功能改变（Child-Pugh B 级或以上）；术前国际标准化比值（INR>2.0）；体温高于 38 ℃或低于 36 ℃；血常规显示白细胞大于 4*109 或小于 10*109 个。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: history of anaesthetic drug allergy; Cardiac function III

Grade IV; Changes in liver function (Child-Pugh GRADE B or above); Preoperative international standardized ratio (INR>2.0);

Body temperature above 38 ℃ or below 36 ℃; Blood routine showed more than 4*109 or less than 10*109 white blood cells.
